Ciders/Perries: TBC. 20 Varieties of Premium English Ciders & Perrys. Traditional methods, Hand Pressed, Family Run From Somerset and Dorset Cider Houses.

Last years festival included the following ciders/perries:

Blaengawney Farm Cider

1. Blindfold – Medium – 6%
Our most popular draught cider, medium with full fruit flavour with citrus finish.
2. Heartbreaker – Dry – 7%
Classic dry cider, full fruit flavour finishing delicate sharpness.
3. National Treasure – Sweet – 5.5%
Sweet Cider with delicate fruit flavours and blended with vintage cider.
4. Blaengawney Limited Edition – Whisky Cask – Med Dry – 7%
A medium dry cider fermented in whisky barrels. Great cider for the connoisseur
5. Blaengawney Limited Edition – Rum Cask – Medium Sweet – 6%
A medium sweet cider. Special edition aged in rum casks and blended with this year’s new juice.
6. Blaengawney Perry – Medium Sweet – 4.5%
Blakeney Red Pears picked from a single orchard. Delicate classic perry flavour.

Gwynt y Ddraig Cider

7. Happy Daze – Medium – 4.5%
A fruity cider with apply aroma and well balanced finish. A light and very easy to drink medium cider.
8. Farmhouse Scrumpy – Medium 5.3%
Refreshing medium cider. Smooth and well balanced flavour /thealmaN1 #thealmaN1
9. Fiery Fox – Medium – 6.5%
A golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth, balanced flavour that has a fresh, crisp sharpness.
10. Dog Dancer – Medium Dry – 6.5
Produced from bittersweet cider apples blended with a true sharp cider apple, it is a light straw coloured cider with a medium dry, smooth, crisp, slightly sharp characteristic.
11. Black Dragon – Medium Dry – 7.2%
Matured in oak barrels to produce a cider rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh fruity aroma.
12. Two Trees Perry – Medium – 4.5%
Pale, fruity perry with an aroma of fruit and a hint of honey on the palate.
13. Pyder – Medium – 6.0%
An out of the ordinary blend of apple and pear juice fermented and matured in wood.

Springfield Ciders

14. Red Dragon – Medium Sweet – 6.7%
A refreshing and very gluggable sweet medium cider, blended from late season sharps and early season bitter sweets.
15. Wobbly Monk – Medium – 7.1%
A fruity medium cider with a strong finish. It includes a higher percentage of Dabinett.

Palmers Upland Cyder

16. Rubber Chicken – Dry – 7.5%
Crisp Dry
17. Cheeky Jackdaw – Dry 7.2%
Double award winning full bodied dry
18. Ty Du – Sweet – 7.2%
Well balanced, name means Dark House.

Food: Food matching all weekend.

Entertainment: Live music from soul ensemble The Fae Simon Trio. DJ sets from Brighton Reggae/dub producer Richie Phoe & New Zealand selector Pauly.
