Ciders/Perries: The following ciders/perries will be available:

Salt Hill (Slough)

Urban Fox [6.4%]
A naturally dry Berkshire Cider, made from a blend of eating and culinary apples to give a crisp clean Eastern Counties Flavour.

Merry England [6.4%]
A medium-sweet Berkshire Cider, sweetened with English sugar for those who prefer less dry cider. Both are made from 100% fresh pressed juice from local fruit with no artificial additives.

Chant (Somerset)

Singing Cider [6%]
A medium, still cider made from a blend of traditional Somerset apple varieties. Juice is fermented in oak barrels. Easy on the palate, very refreshing.

Ciderniks (Berkshire)

Dab Hand [6.5%]
Made from a blend of Dabinett and Michelin cider apples with some Bramleys added to provide a bit of acidity. It is a medium cider.

Coombe Raider [6.5%]
Made from a mixture of apple varieties, which are gathered locally. It is a light, dry cider.

Kingstone Black [6.5%]
A single varietal cider made from apples grown locally in a small orchard in Shefford Woodlands. Medium.

Ten Years After [6.5%]
A blended cider to celebrate 10 years of Ciderniks’ cidermaking and also in memory of Alvin Lee (1944-2013), one of the greatest blues-rock guitarists Medium/Dry.

Virtual Orchard (Buckinghamshire)

Hard Core [6.9%]
Fruity dry cider made from 100% pure English apple juice. The fresh juice is allowed to cold ferment slowly using naturally occurring ‘wild’ yeasts.

All About Eve [5.5%]
Delightfully refreshing medium dry cider, pale straw in colour with a crisp appley nose. Medium.

Saxon Aelle [5.5%]
This is a fruity medium dry cider with a real tang. Made from 5 early varieties of apple. Aelle was the first king of the South Saxons and, with his three sons, famously did battle with the Britons and won. Medium.

Side-R (Cambridgeshire)

Sweet [6%]
Sweet, but not too sweet. Like a boozy apple crumble.

Medium [6.5%]
A good balance. Medium.

Dry
Summer straw in colour with a hint of spice. Dry.

Elderflower [6%]
Flavoured cider with natural Elderflower concentrate. Fruity and more. The perfect summer drink. Medium/dry.

Millwhites (Somerset)

Apples & pears [5%]
A refreshing blend of our scrumpy cider and the juice of fresh pressed pears; medium-sweet.

Rum cask [7.5%]
A premium medium/dry cider aged in barrels from the Jamaican Rum Company.

Mixed Scrumpy [6.5%]
The variety of ancient apples that go into producing our Mixed Scrumpy gives it a deep, golden appearance. It has a fresh, vibrant apple aroma, and a dry oaky taste. Slightly sparkling on initial pour. Dry.

Hedge Layer [4.8%]
Light and refreshing medium cider.

Food: John Hewitt, who is well known to regular visitors to the Football Club, will be providing an excellent range of food to suit all tastes. This will include the following:

Friday: Curry (Meat & Veggie), Chilli, Ploughmans, Sausages and Burgers.
Saturday: As Friday, but with the enticing addition of a Hog Roast!
Sunday: Roast Pork Joints, Chilli, Ploughmans, Sausages and Burgers.

All will be available with a selection of Salad and Coleslaw, and can be washed down with Tea, Coffee or Soft Drinks (if you fancy a break from the Beer!).

Entertainment: The following entertainment has been scheduled:

Saturday Afternoon (3 ’til 4.45): MUFC vs Luton Town – Please note that if you wish to watch the game from the terraces, you will need to pay the football admission price of £10. If you do intend to do this, then simply pay the £10 admission on arrival, as this will also allow you into the Beer Festival. In accordance with FA rules, you will also be required to drink from a plastic glass, when on the terraces.

Saturday Evening (6.30 ’til 9): Kindred Spirit

Sunday Afternoon (2 ’til 4): The Skin and Blister Band
