Boxwood Foxwhelp from Hecks- uber dry, super sharp rare as hens teeth SV cider apple originating from Herefordshire, now grown in a secret orchard somewhere in Somerset.

Lawrence’s Bulmers Norman; another Herefordshire rarity, grown in Somerset and aged in old port barrels for a year. Bloody delicious and in limited supply.

Pilton Cider; made using the ancient English method of keeving, a delicious champagne style cider served ice cold and naturally super sparkling.

Standards from Wilkins, Hecks, Chant et al. Plus Cider brandy! Mead! Many more!

Event Information: The Cider Box starcraft, fresh from its crusades for real cider against the evils of industrially produced chemical flavoured nonsense, descends gracefully into the stunning beer garden of The Lazy Dog in Bristol for a very special Real Cider takeover this August Bank Holiday.

Don’t miss:

** Over 30 real ciders & perries, including champagne styles, cider brandy cocktails, ultra rare single varieties, traditional farmhouse ciders, and maybe a splash or two of mead!
** Organised tutored tasting sessions throughout the weekend!
** Impromptu toasts!
** Giveaways!

Come and enjoy a few real ciders, all sourced from the best cider producers around, in Bristol’s best pub garden, on arguably the best weekend of the year.

Oh yeah, and England are playing India in the cricket, just a stones throw away at the Country Ground, what better way to warm up the vocal chords.
