I had a day off from the cider reviewing game yesterday and now I’m back, refreshed and ready to kick on with my French cidre reviews. The 3rd instalment of this French quadrilogy of cidres from Loic Raison is going to be something along the drier end of the spectrum in the shape of their Brut.

The 2nd instalment of the cidres from Loic Raison is probably one of the ones I will hate most. Therefore, to make this week end with a bit more of a high, I’ve taken the plunge and will be drinking it today. Up next is the Cidre & Framboise.

The theme for this weeks cider reviews will have a little more of an International feel. Well, not too far overseas actually, but just over the English Channel to France. My journey will be through a range of Breton/Brittany ciders from Loic Raison and to see how they compare with ciders from back home. Up first is their Doux cidre.
