Ciders/Perries: 20 ciders/perries will be available, which are as follows:

1. Broadoak Moonshine, 7.5% – Strong and very drinkable with a crisp, refreshing taste. medium-sweet – Broadoak, Somerset
2. Bristol Port , 6% – Dry and full of flavour medium-dry – Broadoak, Somerset
3. Dee Cider, 6% – A sweet, still cider made from a blend of apple varieties sweet – Flintshire
4. Dee Cider, 7.7% – Cloudy, golden flat cider with a sweet, mixed fruit smell. medium – Flintshire
5. Dee Cider, 7.7% – A warming cider with a pleasant, honey nose that belies the dryness of the cider. dry – Flintshire
6. Gwatkin, Golden Valley Cider,6% – Matured naturally in oak barrels in the time honoured way.medium sweet – Gwatkin, Herefordshire
7. Golden Valley Scrumpy, 6% – Local apples are pressed, and the juice transferred into oak barrels where it is left to mature naturally. dry – Gwatkin, Herefordshire
8. Blaengawney Perry 4.5% – A blended medium still perry. medium – Hallett ’s, Newport , Wales
9. Midford Cider, 6.5% – Clean-tasting and medium-dry, the taste of the apples definitely shines through. medium dry – Honey and Daughter, Somerset
10. Pearlight, 3.8% – A mixture of a 1st and 2nd pressing, often a cloudy perry, it has good flavours. medium sweet – Mr Whitehead’s Perry, Hampshire
11. Valley Gold, 6.4% – A still, medium cider, single-filtered to leave a deep gold colour with strong apple flavours. medium – Pure North, Yorkshire
12. Perry, 5.5% – Very fresh and fruity. medium –Ralph’s, New Radnor
13. Black Bart, 7.3% – Has a subtle oak flavour. sweet – Rosie’s, Llandegla
14. Triple ‘D’, 7.3% – Farm-pressed, medium cider medium – Rosie’s, Llandegla
15. Wicked Wasp, 7.3% – Matured in oak barrels, suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians. medium – Rosie’s, Llandegla
16. Farmhouse |Blend, 6.4% – A warm, honey colour, slightly cloudy and fully fermented. medium-dry – Severn Cider, Gloucestershire
17. Yarlington Mill, 6.4% – A cider made from a bittersweet apple that produces a rich, full-bodied, slightly, cloudy cider of an outstanding flavour. Colour is rich red and drinks well on its own and with food. medium – Severn Cider, Gloucestershire
18. Perry, 6% – Traditional farmhouse perry made from windfall pears. medium-dry – Tutt ’s Clump, West Berkshire
19. Rum Cider, 7.5% – Handmade and fermented and matured in oak rum barrels. medium-dry – Tutt ’s Clump, West Berkshire
20. Rosie’s Pig, 4.8% – An easy-drinking, cloudy cider with a fresh apple favour with hints of citrus and spice. medium – Weston’s, Herefordshire
