Ciders/Perries: The following ciders/perries will be available:

ABRAHALLS – Crackling Rosie Perry – 5 % – Medium Perry
AMPLEFORTH ABBEY – Ampleforth Abbey – 6.5 % – A strong, dry cider with a wonderful complex and a very fruity flavour.
ARMAGH – Keltic Gold – 5.5 % – Keltic Gold is a traditional full-bodied medium cider with complex flavours. It is a light golden colour reflecting the refreshing apple flavours.
CIRCLE CIDER – Butchers Boy – 7 % – A full apple flavour balancing sweetness and acidity which go head to head to be the last flavour you can taste.
CIRCLE CIDER – Cats Tongue – 6.1 % – A hazy dry cider, a true west country traditional flavour with a bit of sparkle for the modern pallet, light touch of old horse and a touch of astringency to finish as a dry cider should.
CIRCLE CIDER – Roundabout – 5.6 % – A bright cider with a sharp apple aromas you would find with a calvados a light fresh fruity flavour leaving a slight dryness on the tongue.
DORSET NECTAR – Elderflower cider – 4 % – Elderflower
DORSET NECTAR – Hunny Bubble Cider – 4 % – Honey
DORSET NECTAR – Sweet Maiden – 5 % – Sweet
DORSET NECTAR – Wild Cat – 5.5 % – Medium
FARMER JIMS – Rootin Tootin – 4 % – A spicy mix of real cider, fresh ginger and tart raspberry… lovely and refreshing hot or cold.
FYNBURYS – Blackberry & Nettle – 4 % – Natural blackberry and nettle flavours are added for a unique taste that you will not find anywhere else.
FYNBURYS – Mulled Spice – 4 % – An infusion of natural spices added, giving a warming, mellow drink for any time of year, but especially in the colder months.
FYNBURYS – Rhubarb & Strawberry – 4 % – The sweetness of the strawberries combines with the sharpness of rhubarb to give a unique taste of the English summertime.

ORCHARD PIG – Maverick- Chilli & Ginger – 4 % – An initial nose into the glass reveals the scrumptious mix of citrus and orchard apple. Sweet Ginger and honey layers saddle up to the fruit in the first sip, whilst the sneaky chilli moseys along shortly to set your trotters tingling….
PILTON – Cider 88 – 6.8 % – Made from 88 varieties of Cider Apple this keeved cider in un pasteurised an made using wild yeasts
ROSS ON WYE – Alpaca perry – 6.5 % – A full bodied blend of pears, a medium perry.
THISTLY CROSS – Elderflower – 4 % – Fruity nose & dry on the palate. Refreshing, distinctive & zesty; crafted with care & pride
THISTLY CROSS – Ginger – 4 % – Matured with fresh-pressed root ginger. A medium dry, full bodied, spicy drink. Refreshing in summer, reviving in winter. Can be served over ice or steaming hot. A

THISTLY CROSS – Original – 7.2 % – A classic, farmhouse cider made with a blend of Scottish apples
