It’s a bank holiday weekend here and thankfully that means 4 days off from work. Oh god how I’ve needed that with a frustrating few weeks at work. With some time to myself, then what better to do than relax with a cider. That’s what life is all about isn’t it?!?! I’ve gone to my cider shelf and looked for something different to try today and I uncovered a selection of German apfelweins. Ah, I forget I even had them! I’ve made it halfway through the week now and the weekend is feeling ever closer. Work surprisingly has been going well lately and it is nice to be in the office and not just working from home. To help me chillout prior to the quiz in a bit I shall be sampling my final bottle of apfelwein. Yes I know, it’s an emotional time and good things must come to an end eventually. My final apfelwein is the Apfel Cidre from Jorg Stier.
